Monitored credit card transactions for a major e-commerce website, intercepted fraudulent transactions. created "rules" on the backend of the payment processor to block similar transactions meeting a specific set of criteria, investigated and responded to credit card chargebacks, and created flowcharts and graphs based on data I would gather to spot trends, and would present data to corporate colleagues.
Feeding children in group settings, toilet training, thorough cleaning & sanitation, developing ASQs and ASQSEs, holding parent-teacher conferences, and maintaining child portfolios which would set developmental and educational milestone goals for children utilizing Wisconsin Early Learning standards.
To keep my certification current with the Wisconsin State Registry, I had to take classes and continue earning credits.
Lastly, as part of Wisconsin YoungStar certifications, I would undergo state inspections of our daycare facilities and teaching/care practices.
With the arrival of my second son, I chose to leave the full-time, working world to stay home with my children; partially to eliminate child care costs, but also to focus solely on my son during my maternity leave, and spend some time with my family. I chose to pursue a part time job, working around my husband's schedule (he works 12 hour days), as a restaurant server. I love it because I am able to provide for my family and still devote plenty of time to focusing on things that matter most to me; spending time with family and friends, working with families in the community and attending field trips and other community events with my children.
